Reunion Planning - Think of us as another member of your committee . . . the member that does everything! We can attend all meetings, offer suggestions and assist the committee in generating ideas that guarantee a fun-filled event you and your classmates will talk about for years to come! We can be as involved as you want us to be. Contract Negotiations - We will book the facility, caterer, hotel, entertainment, photographers, etc., and do all of the contract negotiations, securing the best possible rates. We take care of every detail to ensure your satisfaction and to make the event a success. We Assume All of the Risk - We assume all financial risk by making deposits and payments to vendors. Decorations - We provide festive decorations in your school colors and even do the decorating! Searches - Utilizing our national database, we are able to locate and contact a large percentage of your classmates, including "lost" classmates from across the U.S. and around the world. Promotional Materials - We will create, produce and distribute eye-catching promotional materials, including invitations, reminders, press releases (when applicable) and PSA's. Keepsakes - We will produce picture name tags, an alumni directory and even t-shirts (upon request) commemorating the event. Business Manager - We will manage the reunion database, keeping track of all of your classmates information, including address changes, registration and payment for the reunion. Personal Service - Most importantly we offer personal service. We are there from the first meeting up to the big day, offering our on-site staff to decorate, handle registration and anything else needed to ensure your reunion is both memorable and a success.
